What are the shipping options?

For all our makeup, apparel, nail and stationary orders domestic shipping within Australia ranges from $6-10 aud.
For international orders shipping ranges depending on your region.

• USA/CANADA - ranges from $11.60 - $37 usd
• New Zealand - ranges from $10 - $28 usd
• Rest of the World ranges from $20 - $65 usd

We are not responsible for any customs or VAT fees once the order arrives within the destination country. 

How long will it take to fulfill my order?

It can take up to 2-3 weeks to process, produce and fulfill orders - especially handmade ones like the scrunchies or press on nails. Siren Cove is run by one person, so during major store updates there may be delays. 

If you order an item that is a PREORDER, it may take anywhere from 1-3 months to produce. Please be patient if you do order as unfortunately we are unable to rush our manufactures. We want to ensure the best quality items for you all!

What is your Refund/Exchange policy?

We do not currently offer exchanges within our store, so please be mindful when ordering your products. There are sizing guides available in the product description. 

We also do not offer refunds before your item has been shipped out. If your item was damaged or lost in the mail we require proof before refunding - the price of shipping will NOT be refunded. Please either email or dm us on instagram to sort that out for you!

I accidently wrote my address in wrong! Help?

Email us at  or dm us on instagram as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped out it is impossible for us to change it!

My package is lost in the mail? Help?

Please lodge an inquiry with your local post office and through your tracking first as they have a much higher chance of helping you find your package.

Please keep in mind that Siren Cove is located in Australia, and it may take some time for international orders to arrive. It is normal for your package to sit at the airport for a while before reaching the destination country - especially during these times. (From customer and personal experience we have observed some packages taking as long as 2-4 months to arrive) 

If there is a problem with your address AusPost will return your package to us! However it can take a few months for this to happen.
